I've been marinating on something for a while now, and I've finally decided its time to give up my teaching position at Young Chefs Academy. (collective aww). I know, its sad because I have been there for over 2 years now, but it has become increasingly difficult to juggle both jobs for some time and I think it'll be for the best.
